A multidisciplinary practice

I DON'T REALLY FIT
IN ONE BOX.

That turned out to be useful.

Eleven years in the classroom taught me that the best systems start by understanding people.

Leadership beyond the résumé

SERVICE IS
PART OF THE WORK.

Some of my most formative leadership experience has come through sustained volunteer service as a congregation elder and within the wider work of Jehovah's Witnesses.

It has asked me to communicate nuanced ideas clearly, care for people individually, train volunteers, coordinate facilities, and lead technical teams when the work has to be both precise and deeply human.

Working principle

THE BEST TECHNOLOGY
STILL HAS TO FEEL HUMAN.

I've spent my career in rooms where ideas meet real people: classrooms, workshops, creative spaces, stages, and increasingly, software.

The tools change.
The question doesn't.

Does this actually help someone?
